SOUND THERAPY SESSION AT PETAL DEW (BY GISELA) 30 MAY 2026

Join us for a restorative sound therapy session using Himalayan singing bowls at Petal Dew. ( bY Gisela)

This guided experience will include comfortable seated relaxation, mindful breathing, and progressive sound immersion using singing bowls. The intention is to support nervous system down-regulation and a grounded, focused state of awareness through sustained vibrational sound.

No prior experience is required. The session is open to all levels of familiarity with sound therapy and is structured to allow participants to enter a calm, receptive state at their own pace.
Participants may leave feeling more settled, clear, and internally balanced.
