Shipping, Delivery & Parcel Insurance – Terms & Conditions
1. Correct Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and recipient details when placing an order.
Petal Dew Natural Holistic Wellness Crystal Shop will not be held responsible for delays, additional charges, returned parcels, or lost deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.
Should a parcel need to be resent due to incorrect information provided by the customer, all additional courier costs will be for the customer’s account.
2. Courier Services
All parcels are shipped via our selected courier partners. Once a parcel has been collected and scanned by the courier, delivery timeframes are subject to the courier company’s operations and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, public holidays, strikes, remote delivery areas, or operational delays.
Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed.
3. Parcel Insurance (Optional)
Optional additional parcel insurance is available for eligible orders.
Customers may request insurance at the time of placing an order. Insurance fees are charged separately and will be added to the order total.
If parcel insurance is declined, the customer accepts the risks associated with courier transit.
4. Loss, Damage or Theft During Transit
If optional parcel insurance has been purchased, claims for loss or damage will be handled according to the courier company’s insurance policy and claim procedures.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged parcel and provide clear photographs of:
The outer packaging
The shipping label
Any damaged items
The internal packaging
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted by the courier or insurer.
5. Uninsured Parcels
For parcels sent without additional insurance, Petal Dew Natural Holistic Wellness Crystal Shop cannot guarantee reimbursement for loss, theft, or damage that occurs once the parcel is in the courier company’s possession.
We will, however, assist customers by providing tracking information and supporting documentation where possible.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these shipping, delivery, and insurance terms and conditions.
